Revo Electronics will allow returns and refunds under the following terms:
- Permission for return of products must first be secured from Revo support specialist. Please contact our Help Center to obtain a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All Return Authorizations are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by Revo Electronics engineers.
- All damaged merchandise must be returned with original packaging and with an original receipt.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are accidentally damaged or require service.
- If you return and we accept your merchandise within the return period, we will refund your purchase price less shipping costs and any additional charges deemed necessary.
- ABSOLUTELY no returns on opened components and special/custom orders.
- ABSOLUTELY no returns on special/custom orders.
- Refund will be issued upon acceptance of the products. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your refund. You can expect a refund in the agreed form of payment.
- Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please follow the steps listed below when returning by postage/courier:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the original packing slip/receipt with the product.
- All return shipping charges must be paid in advance (prepaid).
- We recommend that you insure the package for your return.
- Kindly provide us with the parcel tracking number for easy tracking purposes.
