Revo Electronics will allow returns and refunds under the following terms:

  • Permission for return of products must first be secured from Revo support specialist. Please contact our Help Center to obtain a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All Return Authorizations are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by Revo Electronics engineers.
  • All damaged merchandise must be returned with original packaging and with an original receipt.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are accidentally damaged or require service.
  • If you return and we accept your merchandise within the return period, we will refund your purchase price less shipping costs and any additional charges deemed necessary.
  • ABSOLUTELY no returns on opened components and special/custom orders.
  • ABSOLUTELY no returns on special/custom orders.
  • Refund will be issued upon acceptance of the products. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your refund. You can expect a refund in the agreed form of payment.
  • Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.


Please follow the steps listed below when returning by postage/courier:

  1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the original packing slip/receipt with the product.
  2. All return shipping charges must be paid in advance (prepaid).
  3. We recommend that you insure the package for your return.
  4. Kindly provide us with the parcel tracking number for easy tracking purposes.
